730Li-M kit

Anyone have photos of the M kit for the 730d or Li? I ordered the kit and since the rear is only 1 side exhaust for the 730, I'd like to see how it looks.

Check this item on eBay. The pics aren't at a brilliant angle, but better than nothing.

Thanks, sure does help. One thing, should I replace the 730 badge with the M badge? or put the M badge on the left side?

Since the factory version of the 7 series with the M Kit does not have an M badge on the trunk, I think it would look quite tacky and pretty obvious to those that know the 7 series that this is not an M car. If you really feel the need to put an M badge on the trunk, put it to the left.

I sometimes see 3 series cars on the road that have an M3 badge on the trunk and you can clearly tell those are not the real deal, it just comes across as cheap and someone that wants to drive a M3 but can't afford the real thing...

Then there are those that have the model identification removed from the trunk lid to have others believe this it's a higher model... who are they kidding really?!?

Anyway, IMHO I wouldn't add the badge at all...

Totally understand where your comming from but the way I'm looking at it, i am paying US$5k for it and they are throwing it in so what the heck, I am paying for the kit after all and the badge does not say M7 or anything like that, it just says 'M'.

I would not add a M badge. I did however removed the activehybrid badge on the sides and trunk and added 750i. Yeah a step down I know j/k but didn't like the AH badges at all.

The AH should be the closest to an M7 but it's not.

I agree about putting the M badge on. However, I disagree about "debadging" any model. I have done this on 2 of my vehicles in past simply because of the clean look to the rear of the car. I would have "debadged" my M5 because I prefer the look, but didn't because I just bring myself to do it to the beast.

So, for some, has little to do with trying to fool someone else as to what model I drive. I don't need a badge on the back of my car to impress others as to what car I drive.

Thanks, the reason why I feel it deserves the badge is only becuase I do have the M kit on and I am paying a substantial amount for it so why the heck not. I will be putting it on the left side leaving the 730li badge on the right.

Congrats getting the M kit on. Wondering what did you do with the fog lights in the front bumper, since the M body does not support it to begin with.
