So is 5DP "Parking Assistant" the option where the car pulls into a spot, by itself, or was that marketing bullshit that never came to fruition? Odds are, Parking Assistant is parallel parking assist...

The feature you are referring to is called "Remote Control Parking", and because of legality ( government BS) issues, its not available in the US.
The Parking Assistant now offers perpendicular parking functionality (in addition to parallel parking).

IIRC, that feature isn't coming to the U.S.

European delivery is now a 2% discount! That's a pretty significant change from the traditional 7%. A sign of things to come?

I use these things called eyeballs to help me with parking. They work pretty well.

United States DOT may not approve it at the moment. Only Europe and International markets will get this option so far....

I just spoke with my dealer up here in Canada about ordering the G11 and he said I'll be able to order the 750i so what's this I'm reading that the SWB won't be coming to NA?? And it seems like only the xdrive versions will be coming to Canada.

In the U.S. at least... The long wheelbase is now the only version, but it is called 740i/750i.

I found this in the BMW Canada press release so Canada will be getting the SWB;

"The all-new BMW 750i models will be offered in Canada in both short and long wheelbase xDrive versions (the 740 will only be offered as a 740Li xDrive model)"

That's good for you. Maybe that means they'll re-think the shorty for the U.S. I was really looking for the Short version.

It is likely to buy a 750Li in Arctic Grey, Singapore or Glacier.
Arctic is very close to Mineral. It seems to be more clear... Good style and subtle.
Magellan seems a bluish gray, looks elegant.

This the flagship vehicle luxury segment. Price and cost are irrelevant.

If you can't afford it, then you should find cars in lower vehicle price brackets and categories.

It's like saying First Class on an airline is overpriced. You should read up on economics in order to get a deeper understanding....

Just because he thinks it's overpriced doesn't mean it's not affordable...
