You lose 1mm of flesh for every 1mph you're going over 30mph when you hit the pavement if you are not wearing protection. Much over 55 and you'll be leaving bone on the asphalt behind you. That god for the friction protection properties of leathers!

Same here! It seems like they will be very, very competitive this year and will be mixing it up with DP, Marquez and the Yamahas up front. I think MM93 is a bit worried and looking at the numbers HARD lol

He said;

“I believe they’re not using the extra-soft tyre to avoid creating a scare, because their lap-times would quickly drop by one second!” and “At the end of the day, it's clear that our rivals are the Yamaha riders and Dani (Pedrosa) - they are our rivals for the championship. Im also curious, by the way, to see how the pair of ART RS-GP's fair this year. Good bikes, good in the corners but they just dont have the speed.

Also the GSX-RR looks nice on the track, it defintely stands out. It'll be interesting to see what Espargaro can pull out for Suzuki ECSTAR! Vinales just needs to get comfortable on the bike in premier. I guess if a rookie team had to sign a rookie, they chose someone (of those left) who's been a champion since 12 years old. Still, MotoGP premier class rides are nothing like those 125cc's from back then ...
