I am wondering about a tuner/programmer 2012 f02

Hi everyone i am new around here bare with me please.

I wanted to know if any one knows of a programmer for the 7 series?
If there is where can i buy one?
Maybe a tuning chip?
Should I Dynotune?

Maybe some of your opinions will help me.
I am just looking for a little more power at low end and high end as well as torque. I know some of you are going to say it is a fast car stock, But i need just a little more punch and i will be happy.

My info. 2012 BMW 750LI i live in Socal Riverside County

well i should have said this in my first reply.
i am looking for something thats plug and play user friendly.
i know this is crazy but i dont want to spend a whole bunch of cash lol
