Wow, BMW is really pushing the low-profile approach with these. At least for OEM standards.

I still prefer these the most :

Wheels are good-looking. Still, you can't polish a turd though.

I don't see the tackiness that you do.^

If anything, it's a conservative design with restrained use of chrome and other glitz in comparison to the competition.

Based on your signature, the 7 series really has you in a twist huh?

Yes it does. I could maybe, possibly forgive the taillight design, and possibly come to like it. However, there are many tacky American things that just repulse me about this car. With some modding all of this bullshit could be removed, however there should be no need. It should come classy from the factory, not trashy.

- Chrome Strip on the front bumper.
- Chrome Strip on the trunk.
- Visible exhaust (Leave that to Lexus; you don't show the exhaust on a 7)
- Chrome strips on the door handles.
- Chrome sidemarker retarded thing on the fender.
- BMW Dynamic Xenon tab on the headlights.

Are there additional photos of F01 accessories? Where did this photo originate? Those 21" wheels are amazing!

Yup theres a whole range of accessories for the F01 already online.

Heres how you can find em :

Go here --> http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/acc...er/finder.html

Then choose "7 Series from 11/08" and the choose the rest based on your preferences..

The ones I posted up are the double spoke 238 for example

On the current 7 if you order sport package the chrome around the windows and truck is gone.

Maybe they will do the same for the new 7.

I think the car looks pretty good. Can not wait to see it in person. O guess to each his/her own. Some people like the chrome some do not, just because you prefer no chrome does not make it trashy.

I thought the chrome for the top of the line models was due to the demand from Chinese and Middle East buyers. Audi references this preference in the latest Car and Driver as well.

I too like less chrome...the individual 7 series appears to have less chrome so maybe there is that option.
