The Walking Dead...is officially dead.

It was a good six seasons. Show was better when they were on the move trying to survive. Not this f*cking community bullsh*t. Too many storylines, spread too thin.

If they move, they find other bad communities. It already happened for 4 seasons of that. They aren't going back to being nomads roaming out in the woods.

How do expect the three communities to join forces and beat Negan if you don't know about the communities? You already have Maggie leading Hilltop, you have Carol knowing the deepest secrets of King Ezekiel at The Kingdom.

Now, did anybody catch that Tara washed up on shore? What happened to Heath, who she was travelling with? Looks like there is yet another community to be discovered to help defeat Negan.

It seems people complain if they go to just slaughtering walkers and then people complain when there is more storyline added. Remember LOST? You can't just hang around beaches and the shoreline for many seasons...

Ok.... Negan and his constant frivolous banter is starting to really piss me off about as much as Rick's candy-ass! They need to really pick up the pace on some epic revenge shit.

All the talking is more painful than watching an episode of DragonBall Z. I can see why the ratings are dropping. At this point, Fear the Walking Dead might be better.

Did they really just waste an entire episode on Tara? Only two episodes to go in the first half of the season, and the story basically hasn't moved at all. This show is nearly as bad as a soap opera right now. They need to stop splitting everyone up on these pointless filler episodes, keep the group together, and advance the damned story.

Sigh.

I don't like Tara's character and generally don't like episodes focused on one character, but I thought it was pretty well done.

Maybe I just enjoyed a break from an annoying Neagan.

I still don't see the point in Tara's character.

I think this is intentional. They're trying to build up frustration with why Negan hasn't been killed yet. They've touched on how even his closest men were brutalized by him, family killed, etc. and certainly they harbor hatred toward him, but haven't acted out of a collective fear.

Although the fact that Negan sends surrogate men to lead "collections" from other communities suggests that he's either grooming people for his inevitable replacement or at least giving them a taste of the power so they are sympathetic and willing to maintain the mob if the leader falls.

You know, I always wonder how can a MAN allow another man who has taken your wife/woman, told you to your face (in front of another man mind you) that he has essentially sexed her up and taken from you, and YOU accepted it? I mean, back in the Medieval times with KINGS and shit, I can understand. But any number of these sheeple could take his ass out!
Why didn't Rick and Co simply fire through the gate the other episode when Neegan and his crew rolled up?

HAHAH I'm not going to spoil it any further but I can tell you it does get pretty epic later and Rick does become leader once again.
