What features do you give up when choosing this package?

Nice write up! Of the items that you give up, I think lumbar might be the 'one' that we would miss the most. Did you end up with the shift paddles?

Backrest width adjustment
Backrest upper section adjustment
Lumbar support
Height adjustment of head restraint
Massage function
