Finally. My new shoes

After a very long and painful wait, I just wanted to take this opportunity to unveil the new shoes for my 750. After being inspired by a fellow forum member, I ended up going with the 22" Forged one wheel in the 7 spoke configuration, complimented by a set of Pirelli PZero Nero's.

A big shout to Jorge from wheel addicts for coming through with the goods. It's definitely been a bumpy road, but at the end of the day, it's the results that count.

I'm still on the fence whether I should lower it or not. I'm not too happy about the gap in the wheel well, but at the same time, I'm afraid to modify the suspension of this car. This is an Xi 4 wheel drive 750, not the standard rear wheel drive 750.

I welcome all your feedback and tasteful criticism.

Looks sick and I would definitely lower it to get rid of the wheel gaps.

Looks good Mark.
Welcome and I'm glad ur happy.
U should def lower it as I did. The gap was killing me as well so I went ahead with the HR sport springs and looks much more sexier. Really does.
Can't say the same about the ride but its ok. I got used to it.
Actually just had all 4 wheels repainted due to what I told you before.
But looks good man and enjoy!!!

+1. Love the wheels. H&R Sport will make this setup perfect.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I currently have a strange rubbing noise coming from the front passenger wheel well when I turn to the right approximately 45 degrees. I'm investigating the issue to see what it could be.

I would love to lower it, but worried about lousy ride quality and more rubbing issues. the 315 tires in the back monsters.

Beauty. Which rims are those? Widths/offsets? Can't believe you stuffed 315s in there! Seems like most of the guys are using 295s, not even 305's lol. You have to lower it, will look SO much better!

Only the 7 series can take a 315 in the back. The wheel well is massive. It's such an aggressive setup but I love it. I guess I have no choice but to lower it.

They are forged one out of Florida. I got them from wheel addicts.

Lower yes
Remove caps no.

I like the caps as it give the wheels a stock look. Every BMW rim has the roundel in the centre cap. Just my preference.

Alex, I need to talk with you about lowering. Can you PM me a phone number I can reach you at.

Because my car is an Xi, I've been advised by several reputable sources not to lower it. The suspension is much more complicated then a standard rear wheel drive 750. Lowering it will have many consequences and cost a ton in labour. It's sad, but it looks like what you see is what you get.

Still beautiful in my eyes!
