I have owned everything from a new 3.0CS to an i8. I am a sucker for BMWs. A pushover. Look at my sig for my BMW list.
After careful consideration of the photographs I can say that the only thing I like about this "concept" is the suede leather. And if it's really Alcantara, then I don't like anything about it. As others have perceptively written, it's nothing more than the next gen Pontiac Solstice. It looks cheap even though it's clothed in expensive materials. That's what crap design will do for you. I haven't left BMW. BMW has left me. The design is at once both bland and ridiculous, with bizarre design cues and attempts to cutsey-fy legendary design elements. It misses on every level. It's also only slightly bigger than a push car. In other words, BFD.

As long as some low mileage Z4Ms are still out there that I can jump into as the years go by, I'm fine. |

Looks cool, but I don't like the hideous metallic orange nail-polish paint scheme.

Look at my list. When I owned 4 BMWs at the same time one of them was a Z4. I also had a Z3 20 years ago. I would have been a customer for the Z5.

They wont be able to charge double of a Supra, and that sucker should start at sub 40k. The shared development should have cut costs, even bmw's highly blind fanbase wouldn't tolerate double the price, or maybe. |

Meet the future: Many parts of the Concept Z4 are already very close to the serial version
