SO what happened to promised 745d??

Back in 2009 I think, there were lost of rumours regarding BMW preparing tri-turbo R6 with output around 350hp to badged 45d in X5, X6 and 7 series.
Nothing happened, no more news.
Situation on the market got worse since as Audi launched amazing 4.2 TDI in otherwise dull A8.
Anyone has any news on power diesels?? For Europe, this is pretty important and I think these engines would make couple of people happy also in the US!!

Update!
The engine might be presented in autumn at Frankfurt motor show, with an output of 354hp and more than 700Nm torque!
First cars which will have this engine will be X5 and X6 45d
