This plaque says Dakar Yellow II - as per title and looks. Whats wrong with people complaining colors look wrong on plaques?! Is it Alpeinweiss that throws you off?

Dakargelb II indeed

However the plaque for the alleged BRG vehicle also says Fueller Schwartz

Another example is the interior photos of the fire orange M4. The parts of the door and hood visible in those photos almost looks yellow rather than orange.

Agreed, the grills/front on BMWs seem to date the car quickest of all design elements. The 6er is a low volume car to begin with, but it would have been nice if they updated its nose as part of the LCI.

I agree.

When I came up with the concept for the Factory Individual choices. These are not really the choices of what I was hoping for. But I guess the more the merrier. Christmas tree green, have fun with the resale on that. But the New York International Auto Show is a great place to advertise and focus on the individual options.

The pricing needs to drastically come down on the individual paints options!

LOVE the Grigio Telesto paint color!

Silver looks good on the X3, but I'm not sure I like the new X3's big intake vents in the front.

It's like a really good dark blue, it adds a little depth to a normal black finish.

Yeah, I feel British Green should stay on British vehicles. I only feel it looks good on Jaguars and Aston Martin's. It looks great and classic on those cars only.

On BMWs it just looks like someone's trying to hard, and is not timeless. Will make the car look seriously dated in just a couple years.

Indoor pics doesn't tell the whole story

Fire orange and ferrari red looks great for a car like M3/M4, I wish they offered it as a part of usual option list instead of boring 5 shades of gray they currently have.

Fueller = base coat/color

Alpeinweiss(Alpine White) & Schwartz(Black) are the base coats of filler. BMW uses different base coats so stone chips don't show up as much - depending on the final color selected.

I'm not a BRG fan but I really dig that color on that M6!!

The exterior is correctly listed as Dakar Yellow II. "Fueller" is reference to the interior color. I don't know if AW is correct as we don't have an interior pic, but BMW does have a pure white leather interior. Perhaps it's called AW
Perhaps it's referring to the base coat. The interior is black.
