Lease question

Looking at a 740li and talked to a few dealers. One dealer is offering me the car for 79k with m sport, lighting, cold weather, and driver assistance plus, and the 20" m sport option wheels. Money factor is 0.00170 and residual is 58%, before it was 55%. Total a month with taxes is $1200~

Another dealer is offering me the same car including taxes for $910 a month. No info on the mf or residual. What should the mf and residual be on average?

So this is what I calculated with and payments are about 980.

Residual 58
Mf is 0.00130 standard mf
Fees :~2000
Taxes : 5%
Msrp :93000
Selling price : 79000

First thing is that discount is unbelievable without a euro delivery. May be I can get the same deal too

Taxes here are 9.7%. Msrp was was around $84k, but there is the m sport credit, which brings it down. The first dealer wouldn't tell me what invoice was either.

Both deals are with zero down as well.

My dealer offered me a 20k discount on a brand new 7 series. Not a lease though.

I think it's mostly because they are having a hard time selling all these expensive cars from the lot, and also because I've always been their customer. But really no kidding they came down from something over 90k to a little under 70k. The car is brand new.

BMW Northwest. It sold though.

I ended up getting a 640 Gran Coupe instead.

That's about right here in Slovenia. Last year only 10 cars worth over 150k were bought here. Maybe it's just because we are conservative.
