What I can tell you is (as usual) M-Sport version looks a lot better. With some additional items below the 2nd headlights (bottom one), its a lot more aggressive. But I am not sure if those decals will be always black or that was some special package that I've seen on a gray car. Full black would suit it perfectly.

Looks like similar taillights to the 3er and X4. Side is probably the best part of the design and the most "BMW-esque" in its look with a nice Hofmeister kink too. The back is decent, although not distinctly BMW in my opinion, could get confused for another brand, and the front is... well you know how the front is.

BMW has had some of the worst press photos for the past few models (G42, X7 LCI, etc). Hopefully some clear photos tomorrow will make the rear look less underwhelming. I expected some type of light bar or trim to connect the tail lights together. Looks pretty plain otherwise.

If that is real, I do like the rear of it. It does in a very light (I stress light!) way remind me of the E32.

At last the cup holders aren't by your feet, unlike the iX!
Not sure I like the back of the car though, but the reclining/extendable seats look very nice (for others) |

I'm sorry, but the front of the car looks horribly grotesque and overwrought, especially that M-Sport front end. On top of that the lines and headlights don't flow with the rest of the front end. Interior seems generally nice, but there's something off that I can't put my finger on, seems very similar in some ways to the new Genesis G90, and the door panels look a bit plain.

Did BMW actually take that meme of the grill seriously because that grill is ridiculously oversized?

That front end is really really bad. The rear screams Acura to me. Interior looks pretty good.
