The hood is adjustable so it needs a minor adjustment. I assume they had a battery tender connected so they kept bit of a gap to run the wire.

Average salary for all doctors are around $350k a year. On a higher scale some get paid close to a million a year.
Not filling up parking lots with nice cars doesn't mean they don't have the mean to buy them.

I think you'll have to charge "like first bring money and then we'll talk"; the only problem that patients will scream about ethics.
Anyway, I know really a huge amount of medical doctors and none of them has such expensive cars or/can afford one.

All three friends of mine that have a BMW 7er are big business owners.
