The end of Formula One in near. If the 2026 technical specifications doesn't finish F1 then political WOKE ness will finish it off.

Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali is accused of “arrogance” and ‘lacking professionalism’ for allegedly not responding to concerns about the championship racing in countries with poor human rights records.
The assessment comes from UK peer Paul Scriven, a Liberal Democrat, during a House of Lords sportswashing debate held in the chamber on Thursday. He says it was prompted by Domenicali failing to engage.
Scriven is also a vice-chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Groups on Democracy and Human Rights in the Gulf and has repeatedly spoken out against F1 racing and conducting testing in Bahrain.
In the Lords debate, Scriven cited four protesters who he says were “arrested, threatened, verbally abused” after they held a protest near to the Bahrain circuit during the 2023 grand prix.
This came despite Domenicali reassuring that “individuals should be allowed to protest against and criticize our event without intimidation or reprisals”.
It is said these four citizens were then subject to “harassment” in 2024, including the raiding of family houses, police summonses and, in one case, an individual was “tortured and interrogated while blindfolded” in an arrest that was “strategically timed to coincide with the F1 testing… to silence all protest”.

I haven't seen any reports on why, hearing the sudden rattle in the in-car footage then freewheeling to park up it sounded bad.

nah. every heard of Liv Golf, Cristiano Ronaldo/soccer, at the end of the day money wins. they even dismembered an American citizen (ok so they were not white) and the American govt didn't care. and the Americans sell weapons to them that somehow end up being used on Americans and the Americans still don't care.

recently they used slaves to build the FIFA tournament and nobody cared. F1 will be fine there. $$$

Ok. A few more.

I know some here don’t like him. In real life yes he is a bit loud and larger than life. He is very funny though. Super quick wit and tells lot of good stories.

This guy had an interesting repertoire. Wait outside the toilet until someone appeared. I’m glad he didn’t fook smash the door.

I got to talk to the one and only Berndt. What a great guy. Said his new Aston is a bit quicker and better handling but still loved the old one. I asked about the famous “turtle” complaint and he said he could have gone much faster. He has to go the pace that race control asks him to go.

Ok. Last one.

In real life Zac’s rocking thrusting close to you belly posture combined with the “did you just spill my beer” expression is quite menacing.

DC still looks pretty cool.

Brown reminds me of just that, a man with a beer at a drink club that will start WW3 if you should bump into him by mistake.

Great shot of Steiner, probably the most down to earth and truthful manager telling what you want to hear with no BS but unfortunately that doesn't fit into F1.

Interesting that Horner is bandying names like Sainz and Alonso to take over from Perez.
Seems like a bit of a power play to put the Verstappen camp on the back foot.
They would certainly prefer Perez to stay to play the part of the #2 driver patsy to Verstappen.

CH is very defensive of Checo, perhaps that's the plan but the trial period end is not far away and RBR need a driver to back up MAX, with a win, in case of DNF like at Melbourne.
That piece of visor plastic blocking an aero vent and wrong type of tarmac seem lame excuses by the minute to me.

He would have finished first in either of the first two races this year.

CH has the data to back up the significance of the downforce and tire degradation impact on his car. Nobody else does.

It'll be fun to see max obsessed fans squirm if a more competitive driver than Checo takes that seat and max actually needs to earn his keep.
