I think I read somewhere that he was lying about his contact with people in Liberia. Several people stated they knew he was working with Ebola patients, and he insisted that he didn't have contact with anyone.

And CDC's new plan is to take the temperature of passengers at four airports! Really? It takes 20+ days for symptoms to appear so taking temperatures will miss a lot of folks who are not showing symptoms yet!

This, unfortunately, would appear to be the basic reasoning for not having a travel ban currently, as hard as it is to believe, although with this administration, nothing surprises me anymore. BA and Air France have already suspended flights to the affected areas, and I think it is only a matter of time until that happens here, although it should have been done already. The CDC arguments about travel bans impeding help for the affected countries just don't add up. All non-essential travel in and out should be stopped immediately, while still allowing flights in for essential stuff (medical, fuel etc).

All CNN and MSNBC talk about is Ebola while Fox News talks about a variety of things. My thinking is that the democratic machine wants to distract voters from the November elections with ebola because their poll numbers suck and talking about ebola is a better thing than political issues. I think that the Ebola thing is getting overplayed and isn't as major as it's made out to be. The only thing we should be doing is shutting down flights that enter this country from affected African countries. That's it.

Do you really want to be the guy who didn't record an event? DO YOU? Would you want to raise suspicions like that? You need to film EVERYTHING at ALL times so that you can upload it to SOCIAL media, get a few likes, perhaps some comments and if you're REALLY lucky, some attention on the news.

You refresh your picture/status/video for about an hour. Unless you get the perfect amount of likes and comments, it's better just to delete it. You don't want to look insignificant.
