I LOVE this car. We are both working from home for the foreseeable future, so we're reducing the fleet. We're not in a huge rush to sell, but I'm very sure it won't take long.

I bought this car just under two years ago and it's been a blast. It's unbelievably comfortable and incredibly fast, as it's a 4.4L twin turbo engine and all-wheel drive. It does have the M-Sport package with wheels upgraded. The stock wheels were curbed and bent, so I replaced them with OEM BMW wheels from a X5M. They are staggered fitment in 21" and look amazing on this car.

All maintenance has been done and all work, since I've owned it, has been by Broad Stroke Associates. I also have all records the original recall work done from the dealership in Canada. As we all most know, these engines, while fast, did have some issues from the factory. These issues have been addressed.

In preparation for sale, here is a list of work:
1. New rear tires (fronts less than 8k on them)
2. New front rotors and pads
3. All fluids flushed, including oil (I have a Blackstone oil analysis as well)
4. New engine & cabin air filters
5. Wheels have been inspected and refinished in an 80% gloss black
6. Upgraded all coil packs to newer version from BMW
7. Upgraded grill to new split style (original included)
8. All-weather floor mats, front and rear

This car has a TON of features and here are some highlights:
Heated and cooled front seats
Heated rear seats
Heated steering wheel
Power rear window shades, all three windows
Heads up display
Power folding side mirrors
Power open and close trunk, even from the key
Powered soft close doors
Active HID headlights
Four driving modes

The bad:
The left rear door handle does not lock the car by touch
Small windshield rock chip (its been filled)
Tiny dent on drivers side fender, about the size of a grain of rice

Price lowered to $15500

Miles are just under 77,000

I am also selling a set of Alpina C09 wheels (needs some refinishing) that I might throw in for the right price. They'd use the same tires on the car now.
