anyone use ParkWhiz?

I have had great results with it, and even had them send me a credit when I paid for oversized in Manhattan, yet the garage did not charge me. Top notch, in Chicago, got $25 parking which would have cost $44.

Now, my wife's cousin is in a predicament and it will be interesting to see what happens. You can cancel parking up to the time when it starts (that is the point at which your CC gets charged). For some reason, he booked 5 different garages in Manhattan, but only used one, and for some reason, he was unable to cancel the 4 he did not want to use, on a Sunday. I would hate to have to make such a phone call asking for 4 credits...not sure how that will pan out (in a way it would not surprise me if they made it right)....
