2020 750i tune without bench unlock (7/2023 software)

Has anyone found a tune that doesn’t require ECU unlock for your 750i with software version 7/2023? I had to update software due to iDrive continuing to restart and BM3 will not work for this version. I’m just looking for moderate hp gains
