2017 or 2016 750i price starting point
Hi everyone,
I am new to the board and have been reading and searching trying to educate myself as much as possible. Great information and very knowledgable people have made it easy. My question is what is a good starting price point for a 750i on a dealerships lot. Is it MSRP?, $1,000 over invoice, or 5% to 7% less sales price. I've read some say inventory is high and dealers are trying to get 7's off their lot. I know certain factors play into this decision. Time on the lot, inventory, etc. A little info. I live in Northern California and leaning toward leasing. Any help would be appreciated. If there is a thread that already discusses this, please direct me to it. Thanks |

MSRP is quite irrelevant. As a reference point, I am about to take delivery on a '17 750ix that was ordered in September. MSRP was about 112,000. Final price was under 100,000 and in addition $2500 of existing lease payments on a 535 are forgiven. If you are looking at a '16 that is on the lot, the price should be even lower (and residuals for 16s have been higher than '17s because they want to move these cars).
