Questions:

1. What is the Offset of those rims ?

2. What is the tire size ?

3. Do you need to roll the fenders ?

The sizes are in the thread for the wheels, I will get you the tire sizes shortly. The fenders did not have to be rolled. I know it looks agressive but its flush

The size on this car is really agressive and although it doesn't rub ADV.1 generally builds with a slightly higher offset for the new 7 series unless the customer specifically says he wants something aggressive like this.

The Tire Size is 255x30x22 and 315x25x22

I agree, this wheel is amazing,
second,
I notice you made correction on your original post.
The Correct Width of the wheel was actually LARGER than you first posted !
That is amazing.

The front wheel is actually 9.5inch wide,
and the Rear Wheel is actually 12 inch wide !

I just checked your website,
and I see this page specifically for this wheel:
http://www.adv1wheels.com/adv1wheels/deepconcave.php
from that page I see we can have this wheel made in 21in diameter.

My Question:
If we choose 21inch diameter, can we go with even wider width ?
for example maybe 21x10 in front,
and 21x12.5in rear ?

I search all your previous post and still can't find the offset for this wheel though...

Yes I needed to make a correction, The wheels were wider than I thought they were. By going with smaller wheel does not make more clearance between the inner barrel and the suspension so we cannot use a larger inner barrel. It also doesnt create more clearance between the edge of the tire and the edge of the fender. This doesn't mean you can't run a wider wheel just the tires might stretch or stick out past the fender.

Yes we can make this wheel in 21's, as they are custom made to order wheels.
