I always loved these E65 Alpina's, such an interesting model and the powertrain especially.

I always loved the styling of the E65 Alpina B7 but was a bit put off by them after watching Hoovie's experience!

Hoovie irritates the hell out of me. He does a great job of over-exaggerating issues for views. Believe it or not, you can care for a B7, and his was definitely repairable. I know Alpina modified the N62, but at the end of the day, the failure points are that of a plain old N62. You are no more insane for wanting one than wanting a regular E65, which plenty of people are willing to put money into.
