Excessive Brake Creep

Dealer replaced front pads and rotors less than 3k miles ago.

They also replaced the brake fluid.

Brake pedal feel is better than before (pedal not needing to travel as far to brake vehicle; vehicle not nose diving as much), but I’m experiencing too much of a break creak… the grinding noise that occurs when the brake pedal is not fully, fully, fully depressed to the max; causing the car to creep / crawl ever so slowly.

Do you know the creak I’m referring to?

If so, this should not be happening, especially with all the work done, correct?

What can the dealer do to remedy same?

Quality work is never done anymore!!! ARGH.

Best regards.
