Your dog was in the custody of the vet and they lost your dog! I would be going after the vet so hard.

Try contacting the local news too. They love stories like this where it will tug at people's hearts because we can all relate to how upset/furious we'd be over having someone lose our pet. It should get you a lot of exposure.

Try posting on reddit, its a huge community and everyone loves furry things. Hopefully your post will gain traction and take off. Good luck with the search.

Just to check, have you gone to the supermarket to ask management if someone took the dog home?

Still hope this thread has a positive outcome. I took my dog to the vet last Sat., just for shots, and it cost $204, which mad me really angry. Then I thought of this thread....good luck OP.

MILOS BACK HOME !! Thank you everyone for looking out, sharing, and helping out with the search !!! Story: This is the 17th day since Milo WAS lost WITHOUT collar OR microchip. A guy from a store next to the animal hospital went into the vet with a picture of milo to ask about his breed. He said he found a dog in his back yard 2 days ago. The vet immediately contacted us and we went over to the vet to meet him. He was nice enough to allow us to follow him to his house and show us the dog. Milo was hiding in a corner behind the bushes and trees. And the rest is history !!! Yay !! Thank you everyone welcome home MILO !!
