I am sure it drives better than this and has a lot cooler features but they could have definitely made it look better.

Well if you guys do remember, when the new LS came out it looked like the 7 so who copied who?, i think it was Lexus since they have been trying to for the longest time. They can imitate but never duplicate!!

That is exactly what it reminds me of and the first thing I thought the very first time I saw pics of it. Not good, makes BMW look like followers rather than leaders

But that being said, drive-train and everything else on this car is magnificent

What is it with BMW making cars whose front end looks like some kind of fish?

Example- 6 series being a shark.........

The new M3 has a big gaping mouth like a megamouth shark(I remember one poster put a pic of this rare shark up next to an E92M3 front end pic and the similarity was uncanny.)

And now look at Jason's first pic on this new set of the 7er and I swear it looks like some kind of a big fish with its lower mouth wide open....

The previous/current generation 7-series is 10000x better than this new one.

whoever buys this car DESERVES to get laughed at !!!! and i completely agree with you on the current 7 series is much much better in every way, except some technology packages, but i would still take the current one over all those ugly gadgets.
