The specs are so beastly, I hope they throw that engine into the upcoming 5 series.

Uh... so where do efficient dynamics and less overall weight come into play with the recent releases of BMW?
Guess that interview a while back was more future looking than we thought lol... |

All of that mechanical beauty and it is covered in plastic
![]() ...What happened to the days where you could actually see all the mechanical greatness under the hood. Oh well. |

come on bro, i see toyota's doing that shit and you gotta admit its pretty ugly, i know there is a HUGE gap between toyota and bmw but i think its better if the engine is covered.

this 760Li looks amazing, and has put me in a big dilemma as to whether I should order this or (the 2009 maserati quattroporte, 2009 Continental Flying Spur, Aston Martin Rapide) to replace my current individual 760Li....

Unbelievable! All I can say is WOW to that horsepower and torque. I only wish the car looked a little more unique - ie with a more CS like front end... and different taillights or something.
keep in mind that the 8 speed tranny will be also available in the TT V8 model. Dinan is not too far from my house. I'm hoping they can provide a little software boost to our TTV8 soon!!!! In fact, I'm gonna stop by and see Steve Dinan in the next week... Give me another 40 hp and 65 pounds of torque for $1500, please! ![]() |

I would like to see an M version of this new V12 though. 700hp should be possible if they apply the same tune as they have in going from N63->S63.
