BT Scan and 04 e65

Hi Guys

Bought a BT Scan Enthusiast to register a new battery and a few other things

I'm trying to get the Actual values to work and nothing displays. I tried an XP machine and a Win 7 machine. Both can run tests, clear faults, etc. but neither show any thing in actual values (e.g. battery voltage, rpm, speed,
etc.)

Anyone seen this and fixed it?
