Ventilated Seat Fans Slow Down when Braking?

Anyone else notice their ventilated seat fans slow down when braking / in correlation to the regenerative breaking / mpg indicator, and when the car comes to a stop and the battery is no longer being ‘charged’ they return to their former (correct) fan speed setting – reproduced / most noticeable when the fans are on on an unoccupied seat?

Too bloody cold here for the ventilated seats

But noted, will pay attention. Kind of curious, did not notice this to happen though.
