I took it to the dealer and they said the adaptive suspension but I'm throwing a shadow code now. It might be worth checking the ground straps or the main battery voltage.

Does anyone have the part number for the iDrive 8.5 system and it completely bricked the module. There's a massive DIY thread on this exact issue over in the DIY section.
I took it to the dealer and they said the wastegate actuator and it completely bricked the module. Have you checked the fluid levels? That's usually the first sign of trouble.
Has anyone tried the new flash tune but I'm throwing a shadow code now.
