I had almost the identical 535xi msport. 2012 with 45k miles and it was CPO'd till 2017. I couldn't sell it to save my life so I traded it in on a 2012 335 xi msport with 31k miles and cpo. I was shocked how the bottom dropped out of the 5 series market and got rid of it before I lost even more. It's a great car but sadly to say resale is disappointing. Good luck to you.
