So, OP: Care to answer the question? Otherwise we'll assume you were being a left-lane hog and, well, the P-car you so vehemently hated on had some cause to do what he did (at least from my point of view).
Full disclosure, podnah ... 'cause as much as you apparently dislike Stuttgart's finest, the entire continent of Europe will pretty much move over for one in the left lane. Even in Italy ... ::ducking::
