So I called Munich and a lady gave me the following email address;
ifm-support@bmwgroup.com. She said she could not help me since she is responsible for German customers only, but that her colleagues will call me back after sending the email with some details. This happened a week ago. So I guess this attempt was once again unsuccessful.
