I run in the summer when leaning up...but nothing like you guys. I typically set a time limit like 30 minutes...and go for what I can during that.
When I first start back running..I'm usually around 3 miles. By the time I'm as lean as I want...my best is probably around 4 miles.
But I do it in HIIT fashion.
Also...is it strange that I find running at an incline easier than an even surface? I'm on a treadmill...but maybe it's just how my body is setup?
