You could just readjust it by doing through the entire cycle again and even it out I imagine.
If
FL / FR = 692mm
RL / RR = 672mm
I imagine you should be able to leave one side as-is and drop the other down to match by adding the difference to your measurements. So if you want to match the front to rear, add 20mm.

I wouldnt suggest manually changing rake (front to rear ratio) or side to side ratio, best is to double check you have the correct measurments calibrated. I found ir is allways best for the car to keep this ratios as stock intended.
