I brought the iX in for a separate service and while I was there I spoke to the shop foreman about plug and charge for the i7. He had no idea what I was asking about. I showed him the email about this we received directly from bmw and he shrugged it off and said there was nothing that the service department needed to do to my i7 despite me showing him the message stated he needed to install a certificate!
