I was wondering about #5 since he lives closest. But have not heard anything specific or rumors. Miami is a long ride and they have spas down there so guessing no one further south than Palm Beach.
Could also be a part time resident with a winter home on Jupiter Island or Palm Beach. There were actually numerous "Day Spas" involved not just the one associated with Kraft.
