Thank you , I had hoped to leave it permanently connected but looks like it may not be possible. I know on my Jaguar I could connect it permanently to the positive battery post and the negative to an earthing bolt in the boot / trunk. I need to find my crocodile connectors for the Ctek which I had discarded . But that’s really helpful.
