I have a 2016 750i xDrive and always get better mpg than this. The only way I'd be this low is when my only driving is city using Sport Plus mode, Sport Shifting, and a heavy foot on the gas pedal for fun. Under normal comfort plus driving when I'm on the highway (55mph) it gets 34 mpg, Interstate speeds (70+) are more around 29 mpg. Combined city and highway for normal driving using your ratio is in the lower mid 20s. Again, this is with the V8 which seems to do even slightly better than my daughter's 2012 528i xDrive, possibly due to the amount of work required on the 4 cyl to move the weight of the vehicle or something like that?
