After driving an 840i for about a month and averaging about 15mpg I've decided that I'll never go back to the inline 6. These cars are heavy as hell and I feel like the 6 has to work too hard, hence the crappy mileage.
For reference I'm getting about 17 mpg in my 2019 750ix with 85% city driving.
