I went ahead and grabbed a laptop and installed INSTA+ myself connected to the car and checked, the only thing I get is an IONIZER internal fault, every ecu on the car is green no messages not even memory so I'm assuming the last trip to the dealer erased any possible memory faults but that was over 2 weeks ago now
