I'll upload some photos of my car shortly. It's in Carbon Black, which I really love, especially as I have an E39 M5 in the same colour too.

As far as Im aware at BMW UK you'll find these grilles only in Gloss Black if you want you keep it OEM and within M Performance specs. NO point going for aftermarket bits. OEM or nothing!
My 740 in Singapore Grey is shadow line too all blacked out but without Monaco Blue Calipers. Think I saw your M5
