It's a forged wheel so it's going to be a structurally strong wheel. It's that said, assuming you have a minor mishap, rash, or bend, it's roughly $100-150 to repair it at a local wheel repair shop. New tire will run roughy $400+/- so really depends on how much the tire / wheel package costs. If it was me, assuming the package is around. $1000, it may be worth it as I've had my wheel and tires replaced due to debris in the road and it was worth having. I've been through 4 tires too due to nails. Nice just to get it replaced and not have to worry about fixing it
