I am trying to upgrade a Dell Optiplex 390 and have a few questions:

The model is the i5-2400 with 8gb of RAM and 500gb HDD.

1.) Does the stock mobo support 120mm fans?
2.) Can I use a GTX 1060 with the stock mobo?
3.) Would the GTX 1060 warrant purchasing a higher watt power supply?
