I understood there to be a parts shortage (cameras) if I recall correctly in 7’s, which is what is holding them in QA. The cars are built, but missing these parts, and as some parts are safety related, they are not gate releasing to logistics. Sometimes, if parts are not safety related and they have an approx date, they ship the car to UK dealer in the hope the part arrives and is shipped to dealer to install. It may be different in the US, and may be held at port of entry to have the part fitted, as may fail type approval without it.
