I have same car as you, in MSport guise, on 20” Run Flat Bridgestone’s, and I am not experiencing the same crashing you are talking about. I run most of the time in Comfort Plus on the motorway, and no issue here. Ride is better, smoother/quieter than previous 2015 A8L also on 20” and air suspension, but not run flats, so I am delighted with current BMW ride quality.
Just for info - car is new, and only had 11 miles on the clock when I collected, and now c. 3k miles
