I live in a condo too on the first floor and right outside my windows is a stop light that cars always get stuck at. As soon as the light changes, there's always a moron who starts these really long honks if the cars in front don't begin moving within a millisecond after the light changes to green. Whatever happened to the polite, brief honk?
