KBB lists the car at that spec and mileage between $66 and $72k if it's i excellent condition. It appears they're just giving you the car at the bottom of its retail value. I wouldn't consider that much of a deal from a financial perspective. Maybe if they were closer to $60 even it might be more enticing given it was their fkup that started the whole kerfuffle.
