They're very low production volume to begin with (only a few hundred per year) and 2018 standard allocations are still unfulfilled. Since PTS has a 6mo+ lead time, that puts it for 2019 and there aren't any allocations released for them yet. It was easier to get PTS on the 911R TBH.
