yes, it has been like that for a while, although it appears it is getting worse. When I first started reading this forum more than a decade ago, there was plenty of people here bashing anything that bmw produced… At the time I thought it was the competition fanboys, or even competing companies, trying to dissuade people from buying bimmers. For sure there are going to be designs that don't appeal to everyone, but BMW seems to be doing ok. Anyway, I just try to ignore or laugh at their petty attempts to curry favour with their like-minded internet pals… sad really… but there you go, it takes all types in this pseudo-connected internet world.
