Agreed, no penalty should have been given. But correct me if I am wrong, doesnt etiquette suggest the driver attempting to pass must do so safely?
Not defending either one here but in that regard max probably shouldve ditched the attempt and attacked somewhere else. There was still plenty of racing to be had.
It would be really interesting to see the telemetry of max's car going into that corner versus other passes.
